Faceplate is done and mounted!!

All I have to do is paint the DVD drive plate and do the vent holes and the xbox 360 text on the side.. It is coming along great and this project will it in my living room nicely!! Just wish it was a real xbox 360 that would be hilarious! But I don't know how to make a giant DVD!! J/j anyways in the gaming world the update for the xbox 360 supposed to update the dashboard. Did do that and made it so you could not play any copy of the kiosk disc which.. Sucks ass for any development of software as far as a boot disk thing or editing themes and gamer pics. But sooner or later it will come along the 360 will be hacked and cracked and treated badly... LOL but for now the good thing about it not getting hacked right away is the price of it is going to drop as soon as the ps3 comes out. Cause they are going to be cheaper to make. Homebrew xbox stuff is going to fade away and xbmc updates will end.. But there is another update on the web that you can get.. I think it was released like a couple days ago. NEW PAINT !!! This is the new paint for the hdd.. it looks a little dark but that is cause i have like no light dowstairs...lol but, i hope you guys like it and tell me in the comments what you like... bzzzzzzz... Wait did you hear that? Oh thats just the bees boys whippin ass on HALO 2!

Giant Xbox 360 updated pics with lights!!

Finally!! i got pictures of it and it is coming along great! The hdd is a little to shiny so, i might repaint it with a none gloss paint and i will use that paint for the chromw on the hdd. but the lights kick ass! I get more excited everytime i look at it progress. The faceplate is not totally done i got to paint the dvd drive on and the doors on the face plate along with the ultraviolet remote lens. I Will give you updated pictures wven though i had to buy a new camera.. can you tell a $50.00 cheapy ! lol but i will try to get a better one for the big.. i mean GIANT unveiling!

Perfect Dark Zero!

Man this game is good.. i would say amlost as good as Halo 2... hey! i said ALMOST! It has its ups and downs like this game makes it harder to spawn kill... Brilliant! Halo 2 on the other hand you spawn killed at least once a game. Downside to PDZ is that it takes forever to find a decent match with no bots and a full room.. everyone room hops till they find cool people to play with. With Halo of course there is matchmaking and that is the best thing since sliced cheese and bread to make a cheese sandwich! With PDZ i noticed there is not as much trash talking which is WAY better i can actually play this game with my kids in the house... lol! I love the dodge button and i feed off it.. just dont try to play PDZ for a while and go straight to Halo 2 you will be trying to dodge/roll and just hitting you com. button so you get pwned. Lesson from exsperience dont try that at home!!! lmao. but in my last blog i told you to check the xboxliveradio.com out i still seem to love it i have it playing right now and during the days they dont have anything scheduled they do xbox 360,xbox, and mod podcasts like major nelson but not as big.. lol well peace out my xbl buddies and i will see you all later on my blog or xbl!!!

I also have got the faceplate almost finished and it is looking great!! i have the lights mounted and working! the main case is painted a primer white so i can paint the crome and silver top of the hdd. Giant XBOX 360 Update! Shelving complete!

The shelving is complete and it is starting to fall together I just got the foam to start carving the faceplate so I can wrap it in plaster cast with a smooth plaster top layer. I also cut out the front so I can open the faceplate to the left and store my games and controllers there. I will be picking out the paint and start drawing outlines for details. The side will open to the top and have removable shelves with canvas bags to store various items cords and stuff. Under the canvas bags there is storage for my gaming mags. I suspect the project to be complete within the next few weeks and I thank everyone for the support. Especially www.gamerslounge.com!! <=== awesome site check it out!!

GIANT XBOX UPDATE!!

This is the top of he hard drive. It is all going smoothly and the sides are on I am moving on to the plaster cast and I still got figure out the shelving. Sorry the picture is so dark but my camera don't have a flash.. haha well the hard drive is constructed of wood, wood putty, finish nails, and glue if you have any questions shoot me a comment on xbox live or through my web posts or on my blog. Giant xbox 360 Game and contoller Center

Check this out I am building a giant xbox 360 the structure is 300% bigger than the console. It will hold all my xbox and xbox 360 games. the faceplate will open like a door and the under the faceplate will be dvd case shelves and a shelf for my controllers. It will be buikt to actual scale and will include the xbox 360 lights and xtra storage in the rear with a openable side panel. It will be able to lay horizontal and stand vertical just like the real xbox 360. For the air vents i am going to be hand painting all the detailas well with the faceplate. the total highth of it approx. 3ft!Leave comments and i will be giving updates with pictures through out the construction.

Halo 3 screen leaked!! Supposedly!

This is the screen shot of halo that was reportedly leaked! Please god be a real thing! This game looks beautiful and if that is a actual gameplay shot omfg! Bungie is expected to make an announcement of there next project at e3 in may but, don't expect anything grand thought reports of the game being in the beta testing process. On gampro.com one of the headlines states that gates said halo 3 wont make ps3 deadline which it may be released with the movie. Which I think is a terrible idea. Who would like to wait in line for 13+ hours to go see the movie and then go sit in line for another 13+ just to get the game. Not me! Well just keep our fingers crossed and hope the next halo is like this pic and that it comes out soon. There is also a German website with demo pics that look like it could be real. But, I think its photoshoped and streamed to the xbox 360 they also have trailer screenshots that you might want to check out with this link. HERE Cybercast out. LOL

I got my 360 out of lawaway!!!

I got it out of layaway and it is nice. i have been playing it all last week since i got it out and thats why you havnt heard from me. now i just gotta figure out a way to get a hdtv might go to rent a center and get one.. i been sick last week also so it gave me more playing time since i didnt have to go to work! The system runs very hot and i am thinking about getting a cooling dock for it or a coolit system.. you can check out the cooling dock HERE and you can check out the coolit system right here the liquid cooled is the best option but i dont want to void the warrenty. the dock is good keeps it cool and allows good airflow! we will see what happens check back for more updates!

Finally I have got a XBOX 360!!!! Brilliant!

Finally!!! Yes, its true. I have gotten a XBOX 360 premium system.... Well not yet it is on layaway.. LOL but you know its better than trying to find one later. As everyone probably know I have been obsessed with this console since I heard of it and I am glad it is out and I have one. Plus my wife has a store discount so I get it for 349.00 which totally kicks ass! 50 bucks I can spend on accessories or games. This console will kick the shit out of the PS3 just for the live content alone! Yeah you do have to pay 50 bucks a year for it but for having it for about 2.5 yrs its an investment well spent for any hardcore gamer that likes to play with friends. What is better for lazy gamers then to tell them you can play with you buddies across town with out going to there house.. Brilliant! Well I told you I wouldn't update but this is a special occasion!
